Through the Looking Glass Edition Through breath, rhythm, and stillness, you’ll meet parts of yourself you've forgotten or never known. A transformative experience designed to help you release, reset, and reconnect. You won’t be leaving reality. You’ll be seeing it and yourself more clearly. No eating 2 hours prior About Your Facilitator: Karishma Daryani-Chugani is a certified SOMA Breath instructor and founder of Just Breathe by The Good Life. With a background that spans business leadership, creative strategy, and building mission-driven spaces for growth, she brings a grounded, real-world perspective to breathwork. Her sessions are immersive, music-led, whole-body/whole-brain breathwork journeys that help people drop the noise, reset their nervous systems, and reconnect with the clearest version of themselves, without needing to escape who they are. Health Note: Breathwork is generally safe, but certain techniques may not be suitable for those who are pregnant or managing conditions like epilepsy, severe respiratory or cardiovascular illness, or late-stage chronic illness.
