In Lagos, rest is radical. Especially for men. Between work, family, expectations, and the constant pressure to keep going, taking a moment to pause can feel like a luxury, or even a weakness. Permission to Pause is an evening created for the men who carry a lot, and for the people who love them. Through good conversation, guided breathwork and meditation, and a relaxed evening over drinks, we’ll explore what it really means to slow down, reset, and return to life with a little more clarity. Men-centred. Fully inclusive. Whether you come alone, with a partner, or with friends, you’ll find space to breathe.
