In these Terms of Service, “Client”, “User” “you”, or “your” means every person who uses the Services provided by DEW at The DEW Centre. “DEW”, us, our means DEW Lifestyle Company Ltd. “Facility” means The DEW Centre. “Services” means the services to be provided by DEW at The DEW Centre and includes spa and therapy services, design education and interior design consultancy services, boutique hotel services, space planning, procurement and project management services. “Platform” refers collectively to DEW’s website and other related applications. “Site” refers to the website for the services provided by DEW which can be found at thedewcentre.com. “Terms” refers to these standard terms of service.
All of DEW’s Services are offered subject to acceptance of all the terms and conditions contained in these Terms and other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published on the Site by DEW, which are incorporated by reference, including operating rules, policies, and procedures of third-party service providers that are referenced herein. These terms apply to every user of our Services. In addition, some Services offered through the Site may be subject to additional terms and conditions adopted by DEW. DEW shall not be liable for failure to perform, or for delay in performing its obligations hereunder if such failure or delay shall be due to natural disasters, war, riot, civil commotion, weather, labour disputes, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control and whether or not of a similar nature to the foregoing.
