This February, DEW After Dark invites you into the most important relationship of all, the one with YOURSELF. Knowing Me, Loving Me is a thoughtfully curated evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and deepen your understanding of how you move through the world. Through breath, gentle reflection, creative expression, and moments of connection, the experience creates space to notice your patterns, honour your needs, and relate to yourself with greater clarity and care. When you understand yourself better, you move with more intention; choosing what fits, letting go of what doesn’t, and meeting life with a little less friction. Decisions become easier. Boundaries feel more natural. And the way you show up, for your work, your relationships, and yourself, begins to shift. Come as you are.
